Spikoscope can analyse intracellular electrode recordings, through a series of step. First some signals have to be declared as intracellular membrane voltage (Vm), then step by step it is possible to filter the signal, then detect action potentials, and finally  estimate firing frequency.

Analysis of intracellular action potential timing relative to extracellular activity or other events is accessed through figure functions as shown in the screenshot section.
